5 Habits to make in 2017
- Get some sleep!
- Rest is important, and lack of rest can actually prohibit weight loss
- Change it up
- You’ve been doing the same cardio the past 5 years- stop it! Your body changes when it experiences change- don’t let your body get used to the same ole thing
- De-stress your life
- This might easier said than done but stress messes with your cortisol levels, which can mess with your ability to lose fat. Add more prayer to your life. Get a hobby. Budget so you can get out of debt. Clean your house. Do something that makes your life a little easier
- Meal prep!
- Meal prepping is much simpler than you can imagine.. buy Tupperware containers and get started. If you need help getting started, here’s a great blog I wrote about meal prepping.
- Maintain that protein
- It’s easy to accumulate many carbs and fats during the day- protein takes planning. Thus, go buy some protein powder, egg whites,or chicken breast and get to it!
