Cardio – Core

Miracle Intervals – choose an exercise of your preference- running, biking, rowing, stairs, etc. And for 20 minutes you will be doing intervals at your highest intensity for 20 seconds followed by a slow-moderate pace for 1:40 seconds.

(If you are at home I’d recommend running or you can use two different exercises such as Box Jumps and Skipping)

Example: Running

20 secs @ 110% effort

1:40 secs @ 60% effort

This can be done by increasing speed to say 10 mph at a slight incline, followed by walking at 4 mph at a steeper incline.
