As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRP)

Bodyweight – circuits to be performed for 8 minutes each, no rests. Do one exercise, followed by the next and repeat circuit until 8 minutes are up

Circuit 1

  • Step Ups -15
  • Incline Tricep Pushups -15
  • 3/4 Situps -15
  • Plank -40 seconds

Circuit 2

  • Alternating Lunges -15
  •  Bird Dogs
  •  Heel Touches -15
  •  Super (power ) Jacks -15

Circuit 3

  • Incline Pushups -15
  • Plank Jacks-15
  • Leg Pull Ins- 15
  • Wall Sit -40 seconds
