As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRP)
Bodyweight – circuits to be performed for 8 minutes each, no rests. Do one exercise, followed by the next and repeat circuit until 8 minutes are up
Circuit 1
- Step Ups -15
- Incline Tricep Pushups -15
- 3/4 Situps -15
- Plank -40 seconds
Circuit 2
- Alternating Lunges -15
- Bird Dogs
- Heel Touches -15
- Super (power ) Jacks -15
Circuit 3
- Incline Pushups -15
- Plank Jacks-15
- Leg Pull Ins- 15
- Wall Sit -40 seconds
