As Many Rounds as Possible (AMRP)

Bodyweight – circuits to be performed for 7 minutes each. Do one exercise, followed by the next and repeat circuit until 7 minutes are up!

  • Circuit 1
    • Walking Lunges- 12 each leg
    • Elevated Pushups -12
    • Tricep Dips -12
    • Situps -15
  • Circuit 2
    • Curtsy Lunges-12 each leg
    • Tricep Pushups-12
    • Mountain Climbers -15
    • Plank 45 seconds
  • Circuit 3
    • Frog Jumps- 12
    • Side Plank -20 sec each side
    • Leg Raise -15
    • High Knees -20
