Bodyweight – circuits to be performed for 7 minutes each. Do one exercise, followed by the next and repeat circuit until 7 minutes are up!

- Walking Lunges- 12 each leg
- Elevated Pushups -12
- Tricep Dips -12
- Situps -15
- Circuit 2
- Curtsy Lunges-12 each leg
- Tricep Pushups-12
- Mountain Climbers -15
- Plank 45 seconds
- Circuit 3
- Frog Jumps- 12
- Side Plank -20 sec each side
- Leg Raise -15
- High Knees -20
