Have you heard of HIIT?

Today we are going to do some Body Weight HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can be done on the treadmill, stairs, rowing machine, etc, but it can also be done with Body Weight.

It can also be done in different time frames, example 15 seconds of 110% effort, 45 seconds 60% effort.

Or 15 secs of 110%, 15 seconds 0% effort.

So on and so on..

Try this

15 seconds -110% effort- 45 seconds-60% effort, repeat a total of 12 times

  • 4 rounds
    • 15 secs- Burpees
    • 45 secs- Running in place
  • 4 rounds
    • 15 secs- Frog Jumps
    • 45 secs-Butt Kicks
  • 4 rounds
    • 15 secs- Step Up High Knees
    • 45 secs- Walking Lunges (no weights)
