It’s been a constant battle to find edible delicious sweets that allow me to hit my macros, but I think I’ve finally found a solution.
Low sugar Flap Jacked Chocolate Chip Cookies has come to the rescue! Here is one recipe with two versions for Super low sugar or Pretty low sugar.. See Below!
Flap Jacked Chocolate Chip Cookies Super Low Sugar
Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener ( Lakanto, sold on Amazon )
- 2 eggs + 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 1/4 cups – Flap jacked protein pancake and baking mix (sold on Amazon)
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 375
- Combine the following:
- Eggs, sugar, sweetener, butter, and vanilla
- Mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes
- Add
- Flap jacked, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips
- Fold in and mix by hand until ingredients form cookie dough
- Bake on 375 for 11-13 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
Recipe yields approximately 22 cookies

This recipe is extremely low sugar, if you aren’t concerned about your sugar in take try this recipe below (still relatively low in sugar, in comparison to most cookies)
